Pricing

Most prices quoted are for a one-day charge or event. If you wish to rent items for a longer period of time, please contact our office for special rates. Quantity discounts are available on some items.

Payment

Payment is due before items can be released to a customer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Local personal checks are accepted with a valid driver’s license.

Making a Reservation

Early planning assures a successful event with product availability. We reserve the right to ask for a deposit to confirm the reservation. The reservation fee is your assurance the item will be available on the day you request.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Additions to an order are welcomed, subject to availability.

Delivery / Pickup

Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call for charges in your area.

Delivery schedules are made several days in advance. Delivery/pickup times can be arranged for an additional charge. On those limited occasions when normal delivery is not available, a special courier service can be arranged at an additional charge.

You are welcome to pick up your rental order at our showroom. All orders to be picked up should be placed at least 24 hours in advance. However, we always try to accommodate you if at all possible.

Standard delivery/pickup is for tailgate drop off. If delivery is to be made to a specific floor or area, an additional labor charge will be incurred. Our personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a convenient place. For pickup, all rental items should be stacked in the same place and manner in which they were delivered.

We can setup and dismantle tables and chairs at an additional charge. Advanced arrangements should be made for this service.

Prior to Pickup or Return

All serving pieces, fountains, or any food-related items should be refuse free and replaced in delivery containers. Linens should be dry and refuse free to prevent mildew and staining. Additional charges are made when extraordinary cleaning is required.

Responsibility

Responsibility for rented items remains with the customer from the time of delivery to return. Additional charges are made for damaged items or shortage.
